Terms and Conditions for JetBlue Gift Cards:

These terms and conditions confirm the entire understanding between the purchaser of the Gift Card ("Purchaser") and JetBlue Airways ("JetBlue”) in connection with the sale and use of the Gift Card. Purchaser shall advise the recipient of the Gift Card of these terms and conditions.

• Gift Cards may be redeemed online at jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583). A $15 fee per person, per flight will be applied when you book, change or cancel your reservation through 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583).


• Gift Cards have no value until activated by JetBlue or cashier at time of purchase. Gift Cards will not be accepted if the card is invalid, has not been activated, or cannot be found within the JetBlue system.


• Gift Card purchases are not refundable.


• Gift Cards have no expiration date.


• Up to four Gift Cards may be used per transaction.


• Gift Cards may not be used toward the purchase of a JetBlue Getaways Vacation Package, JetBlue merchandise at ShopBlue, hotel rooms or rental cars through Worldwide Travel Exchange, or for other products or services that are sold separately, such as changes to flights, Gift Cards, the purchase of in-flight movies, headsets, or beverages. However, excess baggage fees, pet handling fees, unaccompanied minor fees, or other similar fees may be purchased with a Gift Card when redeemed online at jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583).


• Gift Cards are transferable until deactivated. However, Gift Cards may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for money or other consideration.


• Any JetBlue flight purchased with a Gift Card is subject to JetBlue's Contract of Carriage and, if applicable, tariffs on file with the Department of Transportation.


• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.


• Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards and carry no implied warranties.


• JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If lost or stolen, Gift Cards may be replaced with the remaining balance upon showing proof of original purchase.

• Gift Cards can be purchased in any amount between U.S. $10 and $1,000 on jetblue.com, and may not be purchased with credit or charge cards that have a billing address outside the U.S.


• Gift Cards cannot be shipped internationally, or to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


• Gift Cards redeemed for travel are not refundable and, subject to JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage, may be held as a credit for up to one year.
