Cat Care Clinic is pleased to donate a certicate for a wellness or physical exam.  You may choose between either our General practitioner or choose one of the only two Board-Certified Feline Veterinarians in the State of Wisconsin.  A full physical exam includes:

• A 15 point head to toe evaluation of your cat


• Weight check and body score evaluation


• Education and information on Nutrition, Preventative Medicine, Dentistry, Parasite and Heartworm Prevention


• Address any questions or concerns you may have
