This is a really adorable collectible cat plate made by the Hamilton Collection.  Dated 1989 on the back of the plate, it is in a series called Small Wonders of the Wild.  This particular plate is called "Exploring A New World"  and feature baby wild cats.  The plate is 8 1/2 inches in diameter and in perfect condition.  The artist for this collection is Charles Frace and numbered 2944 A.  This plate is porcelain with a border of 23K gold.
