Bidder is responsible for picking up meat at Hoesley's in New Glarus, WI within two weeks of packaging.  Bidder is responsible for paying for processing and packaging charged by Hoesleys. The estimated cost is $90, but will depend on buyer's instructions.  (Hamburger patties more expenive than pound packages of hamburger.) The mixed quarter will be available based on Hoesley's processing schedule, and the sale of the other 3/4 of beef, sometime this summer.
