Students in Ms. Wong’s 3rd grade class looked at and discussed examples of how artists used letters and words in their art work. We also looked at ‘Illuminating Letters’ from the Middle Ages. Students were each given a letter and they created a small letter collage using what they learned. We then pieced it all together to create a beautiful “Alphabet Art” Picture.
