This certificate is good for 2 hours of windsurfing instruction provided by an expert-level instructor. Location is from the beach at Bay Ridge. All equipment is provided and the lesson will be tailored to fit the skill level of the student. Students must be at least 14 years old and be competent open water swimmers.
