A strategic thinker who is able to see 360 degrees of any situation, Stacey established Jerrold HR Solutions in 2008 with the dream of creating a consulting firm that presents a full menu of company-building programs with a “personal touch.” The corporate HR and individualized coaching solutions provided by the company include Workforce Assessment, People Development, Coaching, and Youth Development. Each of these areas has one common theme: setting and achieving goals. As someone with an aptitude for seeing change as opportunity, she embraces the process that it offers and uses her talent for facilitation to effect positive transitions.

From 2003 to 2008, Stacey served as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources and Administrative Services for ING Clarion, a leading real estate investment management company. She gained extensive international experience while serving Deutsche Bank from 1999 to 2003 as Director / Global Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to that position, she held the title of Vice President and Chief of Staff at Bankers Trust Company. Stacey’s diverse background spans financial and retail sectors, with several years leading teams as Operations Executive for Lord & Taylor.

Devoted to lifelong learning, Stacey holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Susquehanna University. She has also completed professional education in Training & Development, Attracting & Retaining Talent, Employee Relations, and Career Coaching. She is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management, HRNY, and The Five O’Clock Club.
