Learn all about the intricacies involved in the fine art of kiln-fired glass making and create your very own glass piece. Teri Schadeck, glass artist from Carmel Valley, will teach this special, one-time session on Saturday, September 12, 2009. Teri will provide hands-on instruction and all materials and supplies necessary for the budding glass artist to design his or her own unique glass art plate, dish, or pendant. Teri will fire the student’s pieces in her Carmel Valley kiln and ship the final works of art to the students.

The class will be held at Lake Tahoe School from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Alison Lee (LTS Art Instructor) and Debra Schadeck (LTS parent) will provide “art studio” assistance. A light lunch will be served.
