The 2006 Pinot Noir Cinghiale Vineyard offers beautiful forest floor plum, fig, sweet cherry, and underbrush characteristics. With soft, silky tannins, decent acidity, and a good finish, it should provide pleasure over the next 5-6 years.

Vineyard owner Dave Del Dotto noted that this wine is rich and fabulous with dark rich sauces over duck. He suggests letting it breath for a couple of hours before drinking it.
