Description

These birdie abodes were built, painted, decorated, and named by this year's preschool class. Along with these two special birdie abodes, you will receive a supply of bird-feed, and the national bestseller, by author, Richard Louv, LAST CHILD IN THE WOODS; SAVING OUR CHILDREN FROM NATURE-DEFICIT DISORDER  Mr. Louv's book is the recipient of the 2008 Audubon Medal.  His work serves as the basis of your children's teacher's research, regarding the nature-empathy connection, in preschool aged children!  You will not only get to participate in this process with your child, by winning this project, you will also have an opportunity, to read the theory, that so drives the phenomenon, we see, play-out every day, at the Little White House!
