The highest bidder and up to three friends who are intested in a career in medicine (even if you have a slight interest) will shadow Dr. Gadhoke for the entire day or more (if they'd like!). They will get to see how a hospital works, see patients, and if Dr. Gadhoke has a surgery planned for that day, they will go in the operating room with him and observe a procedure.
 
Dr. Gadhoke will also present an hour or so talk on career decisions and what it takes to succeed, etc.
