Harry Hiestand, Wyoming Seminary class of '78 and donor of this football, is in his fourth season as Chicago’s offensive line coach, was hired on January 11, 2005. Hiestand spent the previous eight seasons serving in the same capacity at the University of Illinois under current Bears offensive coordinator Ron Turner when he was the head coach of the Illini. A 25-year coaching veteran, he has been coaching offensive linemen and tight ends since 1983, and was the offensive line coach for 16 consecutive seasons at three Division I universities.
