What could be better than one guest apartment located in Tuscany on a vineyard of one of the top 100 wineries in the world? How about two apartments? Spend Friday through Thursday at Il Molino di Grace Winery, one of the highest rated Chianti estates, nestled in the heart of the Chianti Classico region and situated at the western foothills of the Appennine mountains. Local legend has it that the estate was a former home to the Resistance during World War II. The apartments were remodeled in 1995 with new workable kitchens and 2 bedrooms each. Ideally located in the middle of Florence province at the beginning of the Chianti area between Florence and Siena, about 30-40 kilometers from each and easily accessible to other towns in this extraordinary region of Italy. The small town of Pazano is five minutes away. This is a wonderful opportunity for two families or extended family and friends to enjoy the Italian countryside while having the convenience of day trips and excursions. Included in the package are both a tour of the vineyard and a wine tasting. (The tour is in your choice of English, German, or Italian!) Return home to a case of Grace Riserva (2004 or 2005).
