"On all four visits, including one at lunch when it was so balmy I was able to sit on the patio overlooking Union Street with my dog at my feet, I wavered between 2 1/2 and three stars for food. In the end the price-to-quality ratio tipped the balance. The menu is simple, but it's extremely well executed, and no main course, except for the lobster roll and whole fish, is more than $19. That's an incredible deal, given the high-traffic location and the upscale beach-house decor."
