Guests are invited to a private sake sampling in what has been declared “Portland’s Sexiest Dining Hall,” the Yakuza Lounge.  

Chef Micah Camden (owner of Beast, D.O.C. and Yakuza Lounge) teams up with renowned northwest sake sommelier, Marcus Pakiser, to create a spectacular afternoon of Japanese sake and pub snacks.  

While imbibing, guests will be educated on the centuries old art of sake making and drinking.  Banzai!  (Translation:  Cheers!)
