Rotarian chefs Mike Claflin and David Wood and their wives Alice and Cindy will cook and serve a sumptuous feast for 6 in your home in the Littleton area. Last year's menu included a Pisco Sour cocktail, spiced olives & nuts, fresh vegetables with a creme fraiche dip, puff pastry hors d'oeuvres w/Asiago cheese and asparagus, scallop ceviche, butternut squash soup, spice-rubbed pork tenderloin with poblano pepper sauce and roasted vegetables, an organic salad and two desserts: New Orleans bread pudding w/bourbon sauce and a chocolate decadence cake with raspberries. Three wines complement the meal, and the catering team will serve in uniform and clean up afterwards.
