Please note that this house is currently for sale; however, due to the state of the current real estate market and the owner’s decision not to price aggressively, a sale in the near future is unlikely. In the event that the house sells before the winner is able to complete their stay, the winner’s contribution will be returned. Value $2700. House may be booked for additional nights at a price to be negotiated with owner (rate information also available on VRBO website). Maximum 10 occupants. We prefer hosting families and other quiet, “mellow” groups seeking a little lakeside relaxation. Sorry, but due to neighborhood restrictions, we are unable to host weddings, large parties/dinners, or groups that may become rowdy, noisy or otherwise disturb our neighbors. Maximum 5 cars parked in the garage/driveway (no street parking).
