This Shaker-style side table is built of solid cherry with a hand rubbed oil finish.  The base is made using traditional mortise and tenon joinery, one of the strongest joints used by furniture makers.  Tapered legs give the table a little lighter appearance.  The drawer is dovetailed and has solid cherry sides and back.  A contemporary cherry knob finishes the piece.

This is newly built piece by an incredibly talented parishioner (Craig Billmaier), and is signed and dated.  This will be an antique worth thousands of dollars in 300 years!
