Advanced Classes Overview

Are you committed to a culinary career? Feed your desire for culinary mastery and success with Classic Cooking's advanced classes. Recognizing the culinary field as an art, not a trade, Chef Dionot structures the curriculum to provide you with a strong foundation in both food theory and the theoretical skills of food preparation - enabling you with the tools on which to build your own creative style.

Wine Classes Overview

With the boom of the American wine industry, particularly in California, Oregon and Washington State, today's upscale customer is more familiar with what was once intimidating territory. Much in the same manner that American chefs have risen to new heights, American winemakers are increasingly production of top-notch wines capable of challenging France's best bottles. Classic Cooking offers wine-tasting classes, and wines are for sale at the School.
