About Homeroom 22 Teacher Ms. Nenezich:


Ms. Nenezich has taught in public schoools for the past 15 years.  She has also taught at an all girls Parochial High School for one year. 
     Ms. Nenezich has three degrees from UCLA: A Bachlor of Science in History with an emphasis on Middle Eastern History, A Bachlor of Science in Political Science, with an emphasis on Middle Eastrn-Russian Intrnational Relations, and a Master of Education.
     Ms. Nenezich has been nominated for two Bravo Awards for general art education, Was a scheduled speaker at the 2004-2005 California Leauge of Middle Schools Conference in San Diego.  Ms. Nenezich and her 7th grade students were also participants in the Mann Theaters "Cultural Art Festival in 2005.
     Ms. Nenezich was the Social Studies Cadre Representitive for school years 2002-2005. Ms. Nenezich and her students have won numerous awards for writing and art production, including, but not limited to a trip to Japan for the Martin Luther King Jr. Essay Contest; National Women's Art Contest; and many by The Texaco Corporation. 
     Ms. Nenezich has also been the "Angel Gate Coordinator" at her former school, and served as a morning libraian and tutor.
     Ms. Nenezich feels community service is an integral part of a balanced education. Therefore, she incoorporates community service activities for all classes. Information on community service projects will be given during second semester.  Ms. Nenezich currently serves on the Millikan History Cadre.
