Crawling on to the stage during his father’s Vaudeville act at 18 months in 1922, Mickey Rooney began a truly legendary career.  In 1938 he stared in the well-known film “Boys Town” with Spencer Tracy and one of the treasured items up for auction is an 8’X10”  black and white picture of Mikey Rooney and Spencer Tracy from this film autographed by Mickey Rooney.  A second autographed 9” X 12” color picture of Mickey and his singer/actress wife Jan Rooney seated at a piano plus an autographed nostalgic book “Mickey and Jan Rooney, Celebrating 85 Years of Entertaining” tracing his remarkable eighty-five year career on stage and screen through pictures and stories is also included in this package.
