The sixth grade class has created an impressionistic painting based on their interpretation of an original piece of art. Each student hand painted an individual canvas with a portion of the original painting. The canvases were then assembled much like a puzzle is. In essence, each "artist" created a portion of the whole. Each individual canvas is as unique as the student who painted it. When assembled as an entire painting, the students have witnessed their individual talents create something much bigger as a group. This distinctive painting will compliment many home decors and reflects the beauty of the area we are blessed to call home.
