1 week stay at a charming 5+ bedroom 1940’s beach cottage situated right on Indian River Bay (near Bethany Beach, DE)
Don’t have plans for Spring Break yet? Step back in time for any 7 day period between Friday March 20 and Sunday March 29 (Mann’s Spring Break is March 23 – 27) at this rambling 1940’s five+ bedroom beach cottage with screened-porch, huge fireplace, knotty pine great room reminiscent of an Adirondack lodge, wonderful cooks kitchen with great water views, and situated with Western exposure right on Indian River Bay, just north of Bethany Beach, DE. House has own 100 foot long peer and dock, kayaks, canoes, wind surfers, and just a 100 yard paddle or short walk to the nature trails and the beach at James Farm Wildlife Preserve. Lots of puzzles and books if the weather is stormy – just settle in by the fire and make yourself cozy. Five+ bedrooms, sleeps 13+. Grab your kids and your friends, and have a ball.

Special Instructions
Available any seven day period between Friday, March 20, 2009 – Sunday March 29, 2009 OR for a long weekend during the month of April or May before Memorial Day, OR for a long weekend in the Fall of 2009 (on mutually agreeable date). Offer expires December, 2009. Linens included, but guests must wash used sheets and towels and remake beds. Cleaning service included.
