This two-week internship gives your junior or senior high-school student the unique opportunity to shadow Mr. McRoskey, the Vice President of Leasing, as he oversees over nine million square feet of Class A office space in downtown Los Angeles. In doing so, your intern will be exposed to all aspects of the real estate rental transaction including property marketing and leasing, lease negotiations, interaction with tenants and brokers, touring perspective clients and more. Your intern must be energetic, outgoing, hardworking and is required to wear a coat and tie. The hours are 9:00 to 3:00, Monday through Friday for two consecutive weeks in the summer, 2009. Dates are to be mutually agreed upon with the donor. Your office will be in Wells Fargo Center on Bunker Hill and parking will be included. This opportunity expires September 1, 2009.
