Description
In Buddhist culture, the Kata, or Felicity Scarf, is given as an expression of gratitude, a blessing or greeting presented as a sign of deep respect. The literal meaning of Kata is "cloth that binds" from Mindful Knitting by Tara Manning.
This scarf was knit mindfully with Plymouth "Mira Mira" Yarn Italian Collection.
*please note that the photo is only an example of a Kata scarf.
