Framed, without glass, measures 14" x 12".

Philip Bliss says that he paints Plein Air about once or twice a week.  He has won numerous awards from the Genesee Valley Plein Air Painters, including Best of Show.  His best Plein Air paintings often are used to create large paintings using acrylics.
