Ah...Tequila by any other name would not be taste as sweet. Golden straw color. Intense aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, spice, and vanilla. Velvety at first followed by lemon, honeyed agave fruit, and candied nut flavors. The moderate, prickly heat then surfaces (briefly) along with brown spice and a solid oak structure that balances nicely with the initial fruit. Faint mineral notes in a long 4-5 minute finish.
