Description
Adventure is included in this trip for TWO PEOPLE for TWO DAYS and ONE NIGHT on the wild and scenic St. Joe or Moyie River in northern Idaho while helping Idaho Department of Fish and Game biologists survey harlequin ducks. Your adventure includes lunch and a Dutch oven dinner with overnight stay at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Midget Creek patrol cabin on the upper St. Joe River. Learn how to spot harlequin ducks, view big game wildlife and the experience of rafting Class II rapids. TRIP VALID APRIL 25th THROUGH MAY 25th, 2009 - date depends on peak runoff times; flexibility in scheduling required. Winning bidders need to bring a sleeping bag, personal gear, extra clothing, rain gear, binoculars and a camera. Winning bidders provide own transportation to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Special Instructions
This trip requires flexibility on dates due to variability of peak run off times. Winning bidder will be contacted by Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation staff for scheduling and confirming trip dates.
PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the winning bid price a 3.45% credit card fee, plus 35 cents per transaction will be applied to each item. A 6% Idaho Sales Tax will be added to the final bid price for all land-based trips, quilt and framed prints. For all navigable water-based trips, no sales tax will be charged due to Federal law. All sales are final.
