Join an Idaho Department of Fish and Game Habitat Biologist in helping survey white-fronted geese and other waterfowl species including swans, ducks, pelicans and herons. Next day you'll spend some time at the Morrison Knudsen Nature Center - the Treasure Valley's nature center.

A "BE OUTSIDE" trip for TWO ADULTS or ONE ADULT with 1 or 2 CHILDREN (10+ yrs of age).

Day ONE takes place on the Fort Boise Wildlife Management Area near Parma, Idaho (about 40 miles west of Boise). TRIP OFFERED ON FRIDAYS in MARCH 2009. Trip starts at the WMA approximately at 8:00am and finishes with a hearty lunch. For the viewing of migratory geese, this trip must be taken by APRIL 1, 2009.  Winning bidder provides transportation to the Fort Boise Wildlife Management Area near Parma, Idaho and to Boise, Idaho.

Friday evening enjoy a beautiful overnight stay at Boise's Springhill Suites by Marriott at ParkCenter  for either two adults or one adult with 1 or 2 children.

After the Springhill Suites' complimentary breakfast Saturday morning, join an Idaho Department of Fish and Game educator for a tour of the Morrison Knudsen Nature Center.  Idaho's Treasure Valley's natural treasure!

Last but not least, the MK Nature Center has donated a copy of David Sibley's Sibley's Field Guide to Birds. The perfect size for backpacking, hiking or keeping in your car for future birding trips!
