Description
Extreme opportunity awaits ONE PERSON who enjoys a good physical work out and likes to work late. The winning bidder for this trip has the rare opportunity to assist the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Magic Valley fisheries team in sampling the renown smallmouth bass in Milner Reservoir. A great opportunity to see trophy sized smallmouth bass. The trip entails nighttime electrofishing (9:00 pm to 3:00 am) from a boat. Trip winners will assist in netting, measuring, weighing, and releasing lots of bass. Hotel stay, snacks and beverage will be provided. Winning bidders needs appropriate clothing for cool nights and possibly rain. Waders and life jackets can be provided. TRIP TAKES PLACE MARCH or APRIL 2009. Winning bidder must provide transportation to Jerome, Idaho.
Special Instructions
Winning bidders will be contacted by Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation staff immediately after auction to reserve trip date. This trip requires some heavy lifting (full nets with long handles) electricity and water safety, night time navigation hazards, and a long night! Trip dates are non-negotiable.
PLEASE NOTE: An additional charge of 3.45% credit card fee, plus 35 cents per transaction will be applied to the winning bid price of each item. A 6% Idaho Sales Tax will be added to the final bid price for all land-based trips, quilt and framed prints. For all navigable water-based trips, no sales tax will be charged due to Federal law. All sales are final.
