Description
Have you dreamed of stocking fish in a beautiful alpine lake? If so, this DAY TRIP for TWO PERSONS is for you!
Help an Idaho Department of Fish and Game biologist to stock fish in a high mountain lake located in eastern Idaho's Copper Basin area. Access to these lakes range from a hike of 1/2 mile to more difficult (and scenic) hikes of over 5 miles. Once the stocking is complete, you might enjoy a bit of angling time - make sure to bring a valid Idaho fishing license and fishing gear along with a pair of good hiking boots. Lunch is included. Winning bidder needs to provide transportation to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game regional office in Idaho Falls. TRIP AVAILABLE MID-AUGUST through MID-SEPTEMBER 2009.
Special Instructions
Please Note: Winning bidders need to be capable of strenuous hiking and capable of climbing over rock scree. Recommend making a hotel reservation night prior to trip departure or perhaps camping overnight in Copper Basin. Biologist hosting trip will discuss options with winning bidder.
Winning bidders will be notified by Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation office staff to set up dates of trip. Trip dates are non-negotiable.
Please Note: In addition to the winning bid price a 3.45% credit card fee, plus 35 cents per transaction will be applied to each item. A 6% Idaho Sales Tax will be added to the final bid price for all land-based trips, quilt and framed prints. For all navigable water-based trips, no sales tax will be charged due to Federal law. All sales are final.
