David Arons, of ISSADORE & ARONS LLP, will provide up to two hours of legal representation on the following matters: formation of a LLC or business corporation;  the purchase, sale, lease or development of real estate; land use proceedings before municipal offices (Conservation, Zoning Board of Appeals, Board of Health, and Planning Board); and the probating of estates.  Additional legal services may be provided by agreement.
