The winning bidder will receive a legal consultation and drafting of two wills by attorney Mr. Patrick Barnes, Esquire whose practice emphasizes Probate law.  In the event that the winner bidder already has a will, then a living trust can be drafted by Mr. Barnes and the winner will receive a $500 credit towards the final invoice.
