Description

This wheel-thrown vase by artist Skip Sensbach stands 11 inches tall with a 3 inch wide mouth. Sensbach's handmade pottery is known for meticulous attention to form and detail.

Formed from stoneware clay, the vase was altered by the artist after it was thrown in order to add complexity to the design.  Fired to a high temperature, the vase is able to hold water for flowers, but also would be a striking container for small branches or for dried arrangements.
