Artist Alison Palmer studied at the Kansas City Art Institute and the California College of Arts and Crafts, where she received her BFA in ceramics. She strives "to achieve a lighthearted [union] of the human and animal form" in what she calls anthropomorphic figures. Today, Alison Palmer's  work is represented by over a thousand galleries, museum shops and catalogs in America and abroad.
