Description
Treat your family to 5 scrumptious suppers cooked from scratch by SFS parent, Trey Lathe. Meals are prepared using completely organic, fresh, mostly local ingredients. Select from enough choices to go entirely vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, etc. Most dishes are quite kid-friendly and first-grader Emma-approved. Each is frozen and requires < 5 minutes' prep time and from 10 to 40 minutes' reheating time. Serves 6.
Choose 5 from the following menu of 10 options, including meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes (other choices available, too; just ask) -
Chicken & fig tagine (chicken, dairy, Morocco, Emma-approved)
A slow-cooked stew with a whole chicken, dried figs, sweet potatoes and hot and sweet spices.
