Kids will team up, fill water balloons, and then race them down 20th Street hill in Dolores Heights. Parents will herd kids, direct traffic and act as line judges. Brunch-like picnic food for all and appropriate Sunday morning drinks for parents provided.  After brunch, a water balloon tossing contest will finish off the afternoon!
