Started by Carol LeMaitre, a certified Pilates trainer and former professional dancer, Sanchez Street Studios is located in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. We provide a relaxed environment that meets the fitness needs of everyone from the nervous beginner to seasoned trainers.

We offer all levels of Pilates mat and springboard classes, as well as private, semi-private, rehab, and small group classes on the Pilates machines.

Our fabulous trainers combine their thorough knowledge of Pilates, yoga, dance and numerous other modalities to create a class or private session that is challenging and fun for all levels of fitness.
