Why do cakes rise?  Why do souffles fall?  How is candy made?  Six Middle School students will explore the science of cooking while baking and making candy with Ms. Limaye and her daughter at their Menlo Park home on Sunday, September 13th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.  Ms. Limaye will also provide fun goody bags complete with a cooking science book!  Ms. Limaye has graciously agreed to add a second session when this one sells out.
