Why do cakes rise?  Why do souffles fall?  How is candy made?  Six Middle School students will explore the science of cooking while baking and making candy with Ms. Limaye and her daughter at their Menlo Park home on a date to be determined.  Ms. Limaye will also provide fun goody bags complete with a cooking science book!
