A gourmet cocktail party for 30 catered by Diane Bianco, the only Maine member of the internationally known Les Dames Escoffier.  At the winning bidder's residence or choice of local venue.  Includes all food, preparation, cooking on site, napkins and serving pieces, service including bartender, and clean up.  Hosts provide guests, appetites, and liquor or other beverages of choice.  Date to be arranged mutually, but must be during 2009.
