During the last five years, Peter Mosley has focused almost entirely on his Fighting Chairs portfolio. The Fighting Chair images reference past or possible future human activity. The chairs, even if they are really used for what they are intended and not for what the viewer might metaphorically think they are and/or could be used for, are still chairs from which acts of violence take place.
