This wine honors the legacy of our good friend Jimmy Mancbach, wine connoisseur, passionate supporter of the California wine industry, and creator of the Jimmy Mancbach Memorial Scholarship Fund. Winemaker Dave Dobson chose some of the finest lots of the vintage to create this small, one of a kind bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon. This complex wine, with its layers of blackberry, dark cocoa, and black currant, its rich, full-bodied texture and smooth, polished tannins, is just the kind of wine we liked to enjoy with Jimmy. It's a fitting tribute to a man whose spirit was larger-than-life, and who wanted other up-and-coming young wine professionals to have the same extraordinary opportunities and experiences that he did.

All proceeds from the sale of these wines will be donated to the Jimmy Mancbach Memorial Scholarship Foundation. A Foundation established by Jimmy's sister, colleagues and friends honoring his request of enabling young people in the food and wine industry to pursue a passion that Jimmy shared.
