Four magnums (1.5L bottles) of limited production releases of Red Car's ultra-premium wines. One Each of:
- The Pearl Roussanne 2007
- Speakeasy Syrah 2006
- The Fight Syrah 2006
- The Aphorist Pinot Noir 2006
Our goal is to make wines of rich concentration that offer aromatic complexity, varietal transparency, and vivid separation between the layers of subtle flavors. We want our wines to excite the palate and the mind. Great wines are first and foremost a result of superb raw material. This means carefully chosen sites, cutting edge viticulture, and, of course, low yields. Using both old world and modern techniques, we allow that material to show its unique character by doing as little as possible to manipulate it. We are lovers of wine, not wood. We'll utilize French oak as a spice, to enhance but not overwhelm the wine. In order to avoid stripping away flavor and aroma, we do not intend to fine or filter.
