A unique, limited edition wine made by Tony Soter (Soter Vineyards). A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot sourced from some of the finest vineyards in Napa. A total of 450 cases were bottled, all in magnum format.  Suggested Retail: $100 per bottle.

All proceeds from the sale of these wines will be donated to the Jimmy Mancbach Memorial Scholarship Foundation. A Foundation established by Jimmy's sister, colleagues and friends honoring his request of enabling young people in the food and wine industry to pursue a passion that Jimmy shared.
