Nervous about childbirth or just need a refresher? Elizabeth Carpenter is a labor and delivery nurse at Martha Jefferson Hospital as well as a certified childbirth educator. She will provide one on one guidance during a private childbirth education class. The class can be for first time moms or for those who need a review. Elizabeth is willing to do an individual or group session.
