WWII Artillery shell designed by Leslie Rowland with a picture of Jimmy Hendrix and the quote, "When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace."
The U.S. Navy used this shell during WWII for practice in loading and transport. They are not and never have been armed.
Leslie Rowland is part of the Souther Nevada Center for the Arts at the all new Neonpolis.
