The winning bidder will receive a pair of locals ticket packages to the 11th Annual CineVegas Film Festival, to be held June 10, 2009 through June 15, 2009.  This includes 16 films/panels, all official parties and two after parties ((8) parties total), and access to CineVegas headquarters at the Palms Casino Resort.
