Vic Herman (1919-1999)

Known as an unofficial goodwill ambassador from the United States to Mexico, Vic Herman is renowned worldwide as an artist who shows the wonderful people of Mexico in his artwork.  He has been called "the Norman Rockwell of Mexico" because he portrays the Mexican people in their normal day-to-day activities just as Mr. Rockwell portrayed the American people.
