Tony is a former college and professional pitcher specializing in explosive power and correct mechanics.  Tony coaches and instructs Little League, Club Ball and Legion programs.

Tony teaches the proper arm angle, proper hip and trunk rotation, enhanced follow-through (reduces rotator cuff injuries), and correct weight transfer.  Depending on age, Tony teaches two and four-seam fastballs, change-ups, sliders, cuts, curveballs and knuckle curves.
